Imprinting & Production
Order Information
You may place an order by calling Tim Lavin at 888-672-3398,
by faxing your order to 714-908-3320,
or e-mail tlavin@maddogpromos.com.
Artwork
Your logo and/or tag lines may be e-mailed to us. The preferred
method is Adobe Illustrator or EPS format and it can be in color
or black and white.
If camera-ready art is not available, you may send a business
card or letterhead and we will create camera-ready artwork for
you. Faxed copies or photocopies are not acceptable. There is
no charge for sizing artwork, however, there may be additional
charges if artwork needs to be color separated. All artwork
will be faxed to you for your approval before final production.
Colors
Color choices vary among products and vendors. Some products
are available only in specific colors such as red, blue, green
etc. Others are available in any PMS color. Most prices quoted
are for one color imprinting, but additional colors may be added
for an additional charge.
Shipping
Typically, items are shipped via UPS Ground, unless another
form of shipment is requested or if you have a rush order. Mad
Dog will use whatever shipping service is necessary to ensure
an on-time delivery of your order. All shipping charges are
prepaid by Mad Dog and will appear on your invoice.
Pre-production Samples
A sample of your product with your imprint can be obtained.
Samples printed for another client are available to you at anytime
for no charge.
Delivery Times
Normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks from the time your artwork
is approved. Rush orders, of course, can usually be arranged.
Payment Options
We normally work with a PO and bill by mailing you an invoice
after delivery. You may choose to pay by credit card if you
prefer.
Minimum Quantities
Each product we offer has a minimum quantity requirement. Fewer
than minimum orders are accepted at an additional charge.
Overruns/Underruns
On large quantity orders, manufacturers may sometimes produce
an over or under run of up to 5% of the actual quantity ordered.
